error when i start

when i start it say

error code :- 21472287038 (unknow error 0x80030002)

help plz i really want to play this server

maybe the account, if so then make a new one (has been happening a lot)
maybe the computer, if so redownload and install

Yeah maybe you have got right.
But i think it's because client.he said his problem is when he STARTS the game.
try to re-install MS Global v62.

You must not know much about servers... It would not start at all if there was a client error. That error is from ingame. If there was a problem withthe client it would say something is missing.

Actually just reinstall V62 and download the game files again. That -21XXXXXXXX happens to a lot, it's just messed up files. The -21XXXXXXXX isn't just an in game error by the way. People tend to get it when they start the actual game. Many say that when they reinstalled the V62 it took care of it. And sometimes a simple computer restart can fix it.

re-Installing it would not help. It is the server. The server may react diffrently witha new client. If there was anything wrong with the client then it would say so.

-21xxxxxxxx happens ingame with messed accoutns. Liek my old on.

Actually from experience this took care of the issue. <3 Sometimes files get screwed up by having more than one V of Maple. Some people don't check when they do things and files get placed in the wrong locations. I helped a girl last night with the same error when she was starting and reinstalling a clean V62 and game files took care of it. Wanna explain why that worked if it won't help?
