NPC guide re-released Empty
PostSubject: NPC guide re-released   NPC guide re-released EmptyMarch 27th 2009, 9:51 am

I saw someone had an NPC guide but it was edited out. So here are what the NPC's do at the moment.

Sera- Gives you a starter pack and changes job according to selection (note: Super Beginner pack does not change your job to beginner!)

Shanks- Access him through FM or @fmnpc, he can do the following:

  • Travel to towns or fight bosses: Redirects you to Spinel, our travel NPC, Search Spinel to see where you can go.
  • Job Advance: Redirects you to Cody, who can change your job as long as you are the appropriate level.
  • Reset Stats: Redirects you to Robin, who will reset your stats as long as your total stat does not top 32,000.
  • Mr. Oh: Redirects you to Mr. Oh, who sells 98% of the items in game.
  • Buy NX: Redirects you to Spindle, who sells BIG bundles of NX for mesos. However, if you do not have enough mesos, buy the smaller bundles at Mr. Oh.
  • Exchange Mesos to Items: Redirects you to Meteorite 2 (not the one outside FM 22) who can change 1 billion (1,000,000,000) mesos to 1 golden leaf and the other way round. However, he is useless as you can use @leaf to change 1 billion into a leaf and @meso to change one leaf into one billion.
  • Get buffs: Redirects you to O-Pongo, where you can manually select one of his many buffs (these are player skill buffs) and he will buff you with the skill no matter which weapon you are using. You can also use his buffs when transformed or mounted or even sealed :3
  • Go to PvP: Redirects you to an NPC called "??? ??" Who will take you to the pvp map directly (WanWan Spa of Hell).
  • Donation point NPC: Redirects you to Nara, our donor NPC. However, you require donor points to attain anything thats being sold there, so it is useless for most players.
  • Pirate shop: Redirects you to Ueriba, who sells items for pirates. Also, Mr. Oh also has a pirate shop page.
  • Karma shop: Redirects you to Mr. Wang, who sells items for karma. Unfortunately, karma does not work yet.

Spiegelmann:Sells pretty much all scrolls, except Dragon Stone.

Nana(O):Exchanges the 1 billion leaves for the following:

1 leaf: 1 billion mesos
1 billion mesos: 1 leaf

10 leaves: Either a pack of White Scrolls or Chaos Scrolls(randomly alters stats of item).
300 leaves: Violet Snowshoes that give 150 weapon attack, 55 weapon def, +50 speed and +50 Jump. These are level 80 shoes.
400 leaves: Lunar Gloves that give 300 weapon attack, +1 LUK and 2 weapon defense.

Mr.Oh: You'll love this man, he sells tons of equipment. Here is a list of his options:

  • Magician Shop: Sells
    Shoes,
Overalls (get tops and bottoms yourself >.<),
    Gloves,
    hats,
    Shields,
    Wands and
    Staves.

  • Theif Shop: Sells
    Shoes,
    TOPS,
    BOTTOMS,
Overalls (Why don't they sell the magician tops/bottoms..),
    gloves,
    hats,
    shields,
    daggers,
    claws and
    throwing stars.

  • Warrior Shop: Sells Shoes,
    Tops,
    Bottoms,
    Overalls,
    Gloves,
    Hats,
    Shields,
    1-hand/2-hand Maces,
    1-hand/2-hand Swords,
    1-hand/2-hand Axes,
    Spears and
    Polearms.
(Note that you will not find Crimson Arcglaive or any of the Raven Wing series in its respective shops. Ask for them as event prizes!)

  • Archer Shop: (god the green is awfully bright so here are the options in order)
    Shoes,
    Overalls (no tops/bottoms),
    Gloves,
    Hats,
    Bows,
    Crossbows and
Arrows (for some reason the arrows wouldn't buy so use Soul Arrow instead..).

  • Pirate Shops: Yes, Mr. Oh has a pirate page too. He sells the items in this order:
    Knuckles,
    Guns,
    Bullets,
    Hats,
    Overalls,
    Gloves and
    Shoes.

Robin: Resets your stats as long as your total stat does not exceed 32,000.

Nana(K): Maxes 99% of your skills. Does NOT fully max brawler skills but does give you 1 point in them. (don't worry 4th job brawlers got max skills)

Nana(E): Gives you a Sparkling ring that adds +30,000 to all stats AS LONG AS you have 30,000 STR, DEX, INT and LUK. However, she resets your stats so you can't keep clicking and get four rings at once lol. It takes approximately 150 rebirths or so to get one ring.

Nana(L): Does Absolutely Nothing. She sits on the right side of the FM entrance.

Meteorite 3: Ports you to the Donor map if you have ancient Ice Powder, which is the donor token. However if you are a non donor and you are caught inside there by a GM you will get jailed or banned.
